At Wijnhuis Cave, we believe it's important that you are completely satisfied with your order. Below you will find our return policy, drafted in accordance with Dutch legislation for distance selling.

Right of withdrawal (returns within 14 days)
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to alcoholic beverages, provided the products are unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Important
The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment, including shipping costs and shipping risk.
We recommend a traceable and insured shipment.

Exception: damaged, broken, or incorrect delivery
Is your order damaged, broken, or incorrectly delivered? We will, of course, resolve this free of charge.
Report damage within 48 hours of receipt via info@wijnhuiscave.nl and include the following photos:
- the damaged product
- the inner packaging
- the outer packaging
After assessment, you will receive further instructions. In this case, we will reimburse all return costs.

How do you register a return?
Send an email to info@wijnhuiscave.nl with:
- your order number
- which product you wish to return
- the reason (optional, except for damage)
You will then receive our return instructions.
Then, return the product according to these instructions.

Refund
Once we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method you used to pay.

Shipping costs
Normal return (right of withdrawal): return costs are borne by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect delivery: return costs will be fully reimbursed by us.
