All Leonor de Carrera Cavas are produced according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, the same production method used for Champagne. After an initial fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, creating fine bubbles naturally.
Subsequently, the Cava ages for a long time on the lees. This aging gives the wine its characteristic soft mousse and refined aromas of brioche, toasted nuts, and subtle notes of citrus and white fruit. The result is an elegant sparkling wine with great depth and a fresh, long finish.
